Merijn specialises in tenancy law (commercial as well as domestic property), purchasing, construction, leasehold, general contract law, business law and owners’ associations.
Member of the tenancy law committee of the Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten (Dutch Bar Association).
Merijn is co-author of a handbook on tenancy law.
He is also a member of Vereniging van Huurrecht Advocaten (tenancy law association) and Nederlandse Vereniging voor Procesrecht (Dutch association for civil procedure law). He successfully completed his specialist course in tenancy law – cum laude – in 2010. Merijn is a lecturer for a postdoctoral specialist course on tenancy law.
